Coaching
"Coaching is training or development in which a person called a coach supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal."
I have found that many of my clients experience more growth and progress when we set a plan of action and follow through with that plan. As I have experienced personally and with many of my clients that when we experience positive shifts through many modalities, such as personal development seminars, courses that aid in our growth, we have a tendency to go back to our old ways of being-- hence the introduction of coaching in my practice. I work with the client setting up specific areas of focus, clearing energetic blocks and emotional issues that may come up in our coaching session.
We work as a team getting to the core of the true desire of the individual. I work with the client testing levels of weaknesses and strengths and with this information we are able to create a plan. This plan allows the individual to move in the direction that they desire and I am able to assess the goals the client have and enlighten them to their highest and best outcome. In having the client as an active component and accessing the information that is presented, we are able to achieve what the individual truly desires. As we engaged in this journey the client develops their own inner knowing and begins to trust their own hunches and promptings. We all have these gut instincts but in most cases they are ignored; through working with the client, I see clarity and the ability to trust their own inner guidance system. I am so glad to offer this process as I have seen many clients move to a place of harmony and become the true leader in their life.
